Lace Polka Dots

 

I love tattoos. I have a sleeve planned in my head, I have sketchbooks full of drawings and a Pinterest board dedicated to the art.

With all this being said the only ink I actually have is a tiny little 5 point star on my right inner wrist.

I've always wanted a lace tattoo, but until the day that happens, these tights will do just fine. No pain necessary! 

Star Bright!

When Forever 21 had their Black Friday sale these skirts were $6! So I bought one in pretty much every color. Red, black, blue, purple and this neon yellow. They're so comfy that all I really have been wearing is a variation of this outfit for weeks.  I'll have to make more of an effort this week to switch things up :)

I thought this cardigan was super long when I bought it. I keep forgetting that models are half a foot taller than me usually. But I actually like how it hugs my bum. It's so snuggly.

Mondays are fundays!

Monday nights are my favorite.

First me and Leah go to belly dancing class and laugh our asses off by trying to channel Beyonce and Shakira.

We go to Atlanta Fusion Belly Dance studio.

We usually end up flailing more than dancing, but must burn extra calories from laughing. 

To reestablish our self esteem afterwards we meet at Southern Comfort for karaoke for girls night out.

I love having a bar where most everyone knows your name and you get asked to sing even before you've picked out which song you're going to do.

It makes me smile.

Party Dress.

Yesterday was Leah's birthday. She decided that the best way to celebrate this would be to go to a Japanese karaoke bar and sing some tunes in a private room. It was a LOT of fun, especially when we did a "kamikaze round" which means other people pick the songs you sing.

I heart my JEANS!

Every one has them, they're a pain in the arse to buy, but totally worth it when you find the right ones.

Most of my Jeans are from the Gap. I wear a size 20, so I have to order them on line, but I have been lucky enough to find a couple of pairs at the outlet mall. These are my "vintage wash flare" light blue pair. I also have them in a dark wash.

I paired my favorite jeans with this super girlie painterly top. My favorite thing about this top is the elastic black criss cross straps, I think they're a really cool detail. Good job Macys!

Jeez, what a beautiful day!

I got these earrings this week, they're so pretty, They are a blush color, but look like they're glowing when you hold them up to the light. I am planning outfits around them from now on!
